Roy was formerly employed with General Motors for 35 years and retired in 1986.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Kay Smith, brothers, Kent and John Hazlett, sisters, Bertha Mae Carnahan and Lois Breedon, and his parents.
Roy is survived by his son, Roy Eugene Hazlett; granddaughter, Kathryn Marie Hazlett; grandson, Michael Eugene Hazlett; and his sister, Mary Hazlett.
Funeral service will be Monday, November 21, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, with Celebrant Dan Flory officiating.
