He was born March 9, 1937 in Garrett, KY to James & LouVena (Tyree) Pritchard. He retired from Stone Container and Franklin Boxboard.
Roy is survived by his wife of 56 years, Anna (Huff) Pritchard; daughter, Tracy (Shannon) Smith; siblings, Robert Carver Pritchard and Paula Sue Smith; grandchildren, Stephen Cole and Leeann Young; and great-grandchildren, CJ and Gage.
He was preceded in death by James W. Pritchard, Douglas Pritchard, and Anna Jewell Case.
