She had a passion for travel throughout the United States, particularly visiting National Parks such as Grand Teton, Zion, Mammoth Cave, and Yellowstone. Above all, Sandy cherished her family and will be profoundly missed. She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Gerald A. Frankson, whom she married in September of 1972. She is also survived by her children: Kristi Strommen and her husband, Tim; Keith Frankson and his wife, Tracie; and Amy Payne and her husband, Robert.
