Seth Warren

Seth Thomas “Tom” Warren, 69, of Franklin, OH passed away peacefully at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties on Tuesday, September 16th, surrounded by family and loved ones after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Born on May 13th, 1956 in Dayton, OH. Tom was the beloved son of Wheatley and Wilma Warren. From an early age, he showed a strong work ethic and determination that carried him through every stage of life.

Tom was known for his witty sense of humor, hard work, and love for his family. He dedicated himself to his work at Heatherwoode Golf Course and with the City of Springboro, where his skill and dedication left a lasting mark on the community. Reliable and hardworking, Tom was always someone others could rely on.

More than anything, Tom was happiest when surrounded by family. He especially treasured watching his grandchildren at their sporting events, cheering them on with pride and joy. When he wasn’t at their games or meets, Tom could often be found fishing or playing card games with family and friends-simple moments that brought him the greatest happiness.

Above all, Tom cherished his family. He was a devoted son, husband, father, papaw/dadaw, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Wheatley and Wilma Warren. He leaves behind his loving wife, Deb, of 49 years; his sons, Josh (Tiffany) Warren and Jacob (Amanda) Warren; and his three beautiful grandchildren, Emersyn, Lillian, and Levi. He is also survived by his sister Mary Katherine “Cathy” (Homer) Johnson; his stepmother, Mary “Nanny” Warren; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and many other dear family members and friends that will carry on his memory in their hearts.

Tom’s life was a reflection of his deep love, dedication, and commitment to others. Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of hard work, laughter, and devotion to family will continue to live on through those who knew him.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm followed by the Funeral Service at 7:00 pm.
