Steven was preceded in death by his father, Jasper Mulligan in 2007 and his brother, B.J. Mulligan. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Michelle (Pennington) Mulligan; three brothers, Junior Mulligan, B. J Mulligan, Donald Mulligan; his sister Sylvia Fields, his son Steven Mulligan, his daughters, Amber Cantrell, Alyssa Mulligan; his grandchildren, Damien McMahan, Avery Felton, Bella Mulligan; and his mother, Wilma (Patrick) Mulligan.
Funeral Services are 1pm Friday January 28, 2022 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH with William Patrick officiating. Burial will be in North Monroe Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
