Been a long time. We were just kids at first. After moving to California, I'd come home to visit. You always treated me like you saw me yesterday. So sad when Beck texted me this morning. Thank you for entertaining us over the years, was a pleasure knowing you, very nice respectful friend.

Going to Brewers Gin Mill with Ed and listening to him sing and play. He was always trying to get Ed in trouble with me. Living with Ed on Yankee Road.

My brother, Joe Lee, and his wife, Carole, and I visited Jeannine at the nursing home in Springboro in June of this year. I was so glad that we got to see her, Marlene, and Boyce and visit with them. I have seen her several times when I came to OH and kept in touch with her by mail and phone. We always loved being together and reminisceing about our good times together. We went on two trips together. One to see her sons, Michael and Mark, in SC and to my home in KY. She will be greatly missed.

Marlene, We're so sorry for your loss. You will always have your mother with you in your heart. Hopefully, knowing she no longer is frustrated or in pain eases your sadness. You were a great daughter to her and I know you are taking comfort in seeing that your mother lived a long life with you in it. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May you find comfort in your memories of your mother. Iâ€™m here to listen anytime, just as youâ€™ve been there for me over the past year. May God grant you peace at this time of need. To Jeannine's Family - I was so sorry to learn of her demise, especially since she must have suffered much. I loved her, and have missed her through the years. My blessings and love to all the family. It is a comforting thought that we will have a sweet reunion nevermore to be parted. May it help to know that others care and may you find Jesus' loving arms around you.

Grandma #45;- You were one of the first people to domesticate me... and encourage me to be myself, so long as I wasn't too loud about it. I am so thankful for all of the time we spent together, for those spoonfuls of sugar you gave me that never did stop the hiccups and the stories you told me. You were the first to show me how to cook and maybe the last... I also watched my first horror movie with you and learned to love murder mystery novels under your watch. There are so many things I remember, and so much to miss. I am thankful you are at peace and no longer in pain. I love you so much. You will live on in my memories and all the stories I will tell about you. Hugs and lots of kisses. Kimberly
