Toby Scott Benton, age 9, of Franklin, OH; went home to be with the Lord on Saturday December 17, 2011 at his residence after a long battle with cancer. Toby was born in Middletown, OH on August 29, 2002 to Randall and Brandy (Adams) Benton. He was preceded in death by his grandfather James Benton in 1995. In addition to his parents, Toby is survived by his 2 brothers Brandall and Zachary; his grandparents Vincent and Deborah Adams, Gladys Marie Benton, and a special cousin Christopher Mooney; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services are Wednesday December 21, 2011 at 1pm at New Freedom Church 15 E. Warren St Lebanon, OH with Pastor Joe Shutts officiating. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery.
