She is preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Ruth Davis and paternal grandfather, George Carpenter.
Besides her parents she is survived by her two sisters, Nicole Mullins-Chari, Megan Call; two brothers, Nathan Tucholski, Jeffery Carpenter; maternal grandfather, Edward Tolcholski; paternal grandmother, Helen Carpenter; two nieces, Chelsea Mullins, Ashlyn Tucholski and nephew, Nate Tolcholski.
Funeral services are Friday, November 10, 2017 at 10:00 am at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown, OH with Celebrant Dan Flory Officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm also at the funeral home.
