
William was a loving husband. He was a friend to all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his step-mother, Rebecca Quinn; step-mother, Gladys Quinn. He is survived by his wife, Janice Wagner- Quinn; two devoted sisters, Barbara Robidoux, Kathy (Robert) Simanski; four sons, William Jr. (Sandra), Wesley (Amy), Robert, Shawn (Shawna); step-son, Joe (Shannon) Miskimins; two step-daughters, Jennifer (James) Chmiel, Wendy (David) Warner; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He was a Navy Veteran who served in the Cuban Crisis. He retired from the Dayton Veterans Administration after 25 years where he served as a Police Officer and Evidence Technician. Prior to his service he was on the Brookville Police Department. Bill will be remembered fondly for his humor, kindness, and love of his dogs.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Heatherwoode Golf Club, 88 Heatherwoode Blvd, Springboro, Ohio 45066 with Terry Carlisle of Springboro United Church of Christ officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Veterans Heritage Center and the Warren County Humane Society.
