William Lee Smith

He was employed with General Motors for 33 years at Delphi A Division of GM Automotive retiring in 1999.

William was preceded in death by his seven brothers, George Smith Jr, Paul Smith, Melvin Smith, Joe Smith, Darrell Smith, Danny Smith, Don Smith; his five sisters, Elsie Smith, Marge Coffee, Shirley Profitt, Edie Store and Kathy Abner. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Shirley A. (Cole) Smith; his son, Dwayne (Nancy) Smith; his daughter, Cheryl (Gary) Harrison; his five grandchildren, Carley (Cameron) Allen, Megan Smith, Caitlin (Matthew) Stephens, Morgan (Lyndsay) Smith, Miranda (Brandon) White, Tracy (Michael) Bevis; his ten great grandchildren, Everett Allen, Samuel Allen, Palmer Stephens, Skylar White, Willow Cline, Caroline Stephens, Bryson White, Kylie White, Braxton Bevis, Oakley Bevis; his two sisters, Leveda Hudson, Betty Lamb; and a host of relatives and special friends.

A visitation for William will be Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 N. Main St. Springboro, OH 45005, followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 PM with Pastor Duane Harney officiating.

Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery, Franklin, OH.
