Angela Garcia passed away on November 20. Angela lived all of her life, 85 years, in the city of Oakland. Angela was pre-deceased by her father and mother, Claudio and Maria Garcia y Peña, and her brothers Amelio Garcia and Richard Garcia. She is survived by her sister Dolores Wright of Bishop California; her nephews, Robert Garcia of Hayward and Keith Wright of Alto Loma and nieces Claudia Gunn of Colorado and Sylvia Gonzales of Georgia, and her sister in law, Armida Garcia of Union City. Angela is also mourned by her many neighbors of Oakland and her many wonderful friends from the McDonalds in San Leandro. Angela was a vibrant, caring individual with enormous strength in character and in determination. Angela was a natural humorist and shared her great gift of making people laugh. Angela Garcia will be missed by all who knew her. Services will be at Guerrero Mortuary 407 Estudillo Ave. San Leandro. Visitation: Thurs Dec 2 from 4-8:PM, Funeral Service: Fri Dec 3 at 11:AM with interment following at Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland.
