Born December 22, 1947, in his home town, Cabusao, Camarines Sur in the Philippines, to late Nicolas and Marciana Nieves. He was the sibling of Maria (deceased), Ramon (deceased), Herminia, and Augusto Nieves.
He is survived by his wife, Carmelita Nieves, her daughter, Melanie, and sons, Raymond and Antonio Jr.
He will be fondly remembered by family and friends, as a free-spirited person, always cheerful, simple, a great cook, and most especially, a loving and caring Father and Grandfather.
