Bradley C. Walters was born in Tacoma Washington on November 18, 1947. The family moved to California about 1953 and settled in San Jose, CA. He went to Mountain View High School and almost immediately after graduation, joined the US Navy and was stationed out of San Diego. It was during the Vietnam War, and he was on a destroyer, and his ship was involved in the Gulf of Tonkin incident, among others. After an honerable discharge, he left for Washington State where he worked for Boeing Aircraft Co. in Seattle. Years later, he settled back in San Jose California and became a Test Enginer in Silicon Valley, working mostly on optical equipment
