A visitation for Chac will be held Friday, July 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539, followed by a memorial service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
