Our family lost a large piece of our hearts unexpectedly.
Chuck was a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother,
Uncle and Friend that will be missed in more ways than words can convey.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 39 yrs. Doris J. Smith
Daughters, Irene Nall and Tina Tiffany
Son, Charlie Smith
Grandchildren, Taylor Nall, Chad Nall, Ryan Nall,
Casey Tiffany, Haley Tiffany, and Charles Smith.
Great Granddaughter baby of Chad & Sierra Nall due in Oct. 2016
Sister, Grace Dodd.
Sister and Brother in laws, & Cathy & Conrad Pettry, Angie & Jose Marquez,
Brenda & Steve Adams. Many Nieces & Nephews whom he loved and cherished.
He was preceded in death by his Father Dale E. Smith, Mother Dora Smith
Brothers Bob Smith, Leonard Smith, Eddie Smith, and Sister Carol Barham.
The family will honor his life on June 18th at their home with family and friends.

Viewing will be Thursday May 26th noon till 4 pm. & Friday May 27th 8am. Till 8pm.
Family & friends may come to our home after 7pm. Friday May 27th for an intimate gathering.
