Charles Edward Williams, Jr. was born on December 7, 1977 in Mountain View, California to Charles Edward Williams and Virginia Wong Williams. He passed away on November 13, 2018 at the age of 40 in Stockton, California, surrounded by his family.
He went to Los Altos High School and was a football player while in High School. He worked as an assembler at Teledyne Microwave Solutions in Mountain View. He also worked as a psychiatric technician at Fremont Hospital. He was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers.
He is survived by his mother, Virginia (San Jose), sister Ginned (Modesto), nephews Raymond, Gabriel, Samian, Brysyn and niece Ginessa, grand nieces Lana and Leilani (Modesto) and grand nephew, Uriah.
