A family service will take place at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary, located at 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539, on January 14, 2026, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. This will be followed by a public visitation at the same location from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
On January 15, 2026, the Ceremony of Transferring the Coffin will occur from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, followed by the Lower Acupoint from 8:30 am to 9:00 am. The Interment Service will be held at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539, from 8:45 am to 9:45 am.
The Ceremony at Thien Truc Temple will take place on January 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
