Dr. Edilberto Nool Nool Sr.

Dr. Nool was born on April 23, 1942, in Magaspac, Gerona, Tarlac, Philippines. He is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Clarita Nool, and his beloved children: Johann Nool, Jeffrey Nool, Hazel Nool, Heidy Nool-Acacio, Edilberto Nool Jr., and Exodus Nool. He also leaves behind 12 cherished grandchildren who will continue his legacy of love, compassion, and service.

A lifelong educator and passionate advocate for learning, Dr. Nool earned his Doctor of Education degree and devoted more than 26 years to shaping minds and futures. He served with distinction as Dean of Education of Tarlac State University, where he guided and inspired students and colleagues alike.

Beyond his academic accomplishments, Dr. Nool’s heart was deeply rooted in service to his community. As a councilor, he led with integrity, humility, and a sincere concern for the well-being of every individual he served.

His compassion found lasting expression through his founding of the Perlas of Gerona Association and the New Magaspac Senior Citizens Organization. Through these initiatives, he created spaces where older adults felt valued, supported, and connected. He worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for learning, fellowship, and care, ensuring that no member of the community felt forgotten or alone.

He gave freely of his time, resources, and energy, often placing the needs of others before his own. To many, he was more than a father. He was a mentor, a source of strength, and a steady presence in times of need.

Dr. Nool’s life was a testament to selfless service, quiet strength, and enduring compassion. His legacy will live on not only in his family, but in the countless lives he touched, the communities he strengthened, and the kindness he so generously shared.
