Esperanza 'Espie' Garo Dulay, 63, passed away on May 28, 2015. She was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Flor and Hilaria Garo . Espie was a deeply caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had such a beautiful smile and zest for life that others were often touched by. Survived by her husband Fred; her two sons and their wives: Bryant and Heather, Honofre Jr and Joy; six grandchildren: Jaeden, Grant, Jaesic, Jaerek, Isaac, and Jaeriel; sister and brother in law: Filomena and Sylvestre Simpliciano. Espie will be greatly missed and remembered always.
