Gerry Valdizno, age 76, formerly of Milpitas, CA passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones in Santa Clara, CA on January 8th, 2025. He was born in Bulakan, Philippines and immigrated to America in 1983. They were happily wedded on January 2nd, 1972 and celebrated fifty-three wonderful years of marriage. He loved watching movies, sports, and taking care of his grandchildren Airis, Avary, Mitchell, and Olivia. Gerry also spent time renovating his wonderful home with his son-in-law, Jose. Gerry was a vibrant soul that loved to sing karaoke, dance, and travel the world with his wife and family. When he wasn’t enjoying his hobbies, he faithfully served his community and the church of St. Elizabeth. He loved to make people laugh and smile with his infectious humor and to bring joy to those around him. He is survived by his beloved wife Myette, three wonderful children, Jennifer, Jhun, and Jo, his grandchildren, siblings, and many more relatives. Gerry’s strength and joy will carry on in his loved ones.
