Rosalio Celi, better known as "Leo" "Badong" or "Buddy", was born in Bolinao, Philippines on April 25,1962. He was one of 10 children of Fedelina Celi and the Late Percival Celi, Sr. Rosalio came to the United States along with some of his siblings to be reunited with his father. They resided in Mountain View for a few years before settling in Santa Clara with his parents and 9 siblings. Rosalio graduated from Santa Clara High School in 1980. He was a very smart young man, that was talented and passionate about his love of drawing. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nephews when they would play basketball. In his later years, Rosalio was diagnosed with manic depression, schizophrenia, and cerebral atrophy. His disabilities never stopped him from trying to enjoy life, whether it were singing karaoke, playing blackjack, or a game of bingo with his family. He wasn't physically able to care for himself, but he was always strong at heart. His family loved him dearly and tried their very best to care for him, especially his parents. After years of struggle with his disability and sickness, Rosalio entered into rest on May 16, 2016 in Stockton, California. He is now reunited with his father Percival, and younger brother Efren, in the heavens above. Rosalio is survived by his mother Fedelina, siblings Johnny, Rosana, Dolores, Anthony, Emma, Mila, Meggie, and Percy Jr. "Buddy" our brother, uncle, son, we will always love you, and you will be missed by all of us. May you rest peacefully...
