Mr. Ramos was born in April 29, 1955 in Malolos, Philippines.
He was a productive and hardworking man. He loved working around the house building and rebuilding new fixtures. He also loved to draw and play poker and spend quality time fishing with his families and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Cornelia C. Ramos and three children, Elbelyn, Runell, and Elben; father and mother in law, Fabian and Saturnina Comilang; along with brothers Basilio, and Alfredo; with several brothers and sisters in law and many nieces & nephews.
