Mo passed away peacefully, Tuesday, December 24, 2013; at the Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Santa Clara at 11:21 p.m. He was born in Vietnam on February 28, 1924, moved to United States in 1971, and lived in California, Texas, and Alaska. He is survived by his sisters, brothers, children, grandchildren, great-grandchild and his many friends. Our father was a good simple man with a free spirit. He didn’t care much for ceremony but he valued tradition. He enjoyed time spent with his family, rifles, fishing rods, and remote to the television. A trip to the restaurant for good food with friends and family is always welcomed. He was a straight shooter, never complained nor gossiped. His generous laugh and kind heart will be missed by all. He has joined his ancestors and wife Joanna in eternal life and we will miss him daily. A celebration of his life will be held on January 18, 2014 at Cedar Lawn Cemetery (48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539), viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, we ask that a donation be made to the American Heart Association.
