Yen Van Lam, age 76, of Union City, California passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
A visitation for Yen will be held Monday, July 7, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Lima Family Milpitas-Fremont Mortuary, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
