Elihue Lincoln Moore Jr.

Elihue Lincoln Moore, Jr., age 88, of Fremont, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at his home. He was born on November 10, 1930 in Union City, Michigan to Elihue and Margaret (Boyles) Moore, he was one of 13 children. Elihue served our country in the United States Army. He was widowed. Elihue worked for Reith-Riley as a truck driver for many years, and drove a bus for Colorado River Indian Tribes Head Start Program in Parker, Arizona. Survivors include two daughters, Penny (Moore) Carmona of Parker, Arizona, and Virginia “Jenny” Moore of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a daughter, and a grandson. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-5 pm Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257, 301 South Wayne Street, Fremont, Indiana. Military Honors will be held at 3 pm by member of the Fremont American Legion Cassel Post # 257.
