Jack Burkholder

He was born on September 17, 1935 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Jack graduated from New Haven High School in 1953.

He later served in the United States Army, and later in the Indiana National Guard. He was formerly a member of the Fort Wayne American Legion Post 296.

Jack married Donna Greene on July 28, 1962 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, Indiana

Jack worked for Navistar for many years, after retirement he worked at the Indiana Auto Auction, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Burkholder, Snow Lake, Fremont, Indiana, children, Kristie (Bill) Borchelt of Kennesaw, Georgia, Michael Burkholder (Rindy Scrogham) of Chicago, Illinois and Steven (Yolaine) Burkholder of Kenosha, Wisconsin, grandchildren, April, Jasmine, Spencer, Morgan, Tristan, Nicholi, Alexis, Brittani and Gabrielle, great-grandchildren, Emmett, Theodore, Jace, River, Meredith and Wren, brothers, Richard Burkholder of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and sisters, Marlene (Chuck) Prince of Houston, Texas and Diana (Ralph) Traycoff of Hamilton, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Betty (Merchant) Burkholder.

A Graveside Service will be held at Jamestown Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana at a later time.
