Janice E. Maxwell

She had lived in Fremont and Pleasant Lake prior to moving to Wolcottville.

Mrs. Maxwell formerly worked for Kmart in Angola and had been employed at various other locations in the area.

She graduated from Fremont High School in Fremont and graduated from Liberty University with a degree in biblical studies.

Mrs. Maxwell attended Community Baptist Church in Wolcottville.

She was born April 17, 1947, in Coldwater, Mich., to Clifford and Clela Mae (Stokes) Parshall. She married David R. Maxwell and he survives in Wolcottville.

Also surviving are six sons, Ron and Cherry Gould of Clear Lake, Fremont, Fred and Kim Gould of Garrett, Bill and Heather Gould of Garrett, David Maxwell of Angola, Jason Maxwell of Fort Wayne, and Andrew Maxwell of Fort Wayne; and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Beams Funeral Home in Fremont.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Leburn Combs and the Rev. Clarence Combs officiating. Burial will be in Knauss Cemetery in Branch County, Mich.

Following services a luncheon will be served at the Zion Missionary Church in Fremont.
