Larry D. Cleckner

Larry D. Cleckner, age 65, of Angola, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Lakeland Nursing Center, Angola, Indiana. Larry was born on December 9, 1952, the son of Robert and Dorothy (Wisner) Cleckner. He graduated from Fremont High School in 1971. Larry worked for Dana-Weatherhead, and Walmart, both in Angola, Indiana. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and bowling. Larry formerly attended the North Scott Christian Church. Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Virginia Cleckner of Angola, Indiana, and Judy Cleckner of Fishers, Indiana, and seven nieces and nephews, Jeff (Kristan) Cleckner of Fishers, Indiana, Rick (Deborah) Cleckner of Angola, Indiana, Dick Cleckner of Angola, Indiana, Nick Cleckner of Bluffton, Indiana, Vickie (Mark) White of Pleasant Lake, Indiana, Dennis Cleckner of Angola, Indiana, and Kenny Cleckner of Angola, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, "Cy" Mahlon Cleckner, and Gordon Cleckner. There will be no services. Memorial donations in Larry's honor may be made to the North Scott Christian Church or to the South Scott Cemetery.
