He was born on June 5, 1947 in Coldwater, Michigan to the late Archie and Barbara (Cook) Barrows.
Lynn graduated from Wayne Memorial High School in 1967.
He married Merlyn Lynn Osborne on August 17, 1968 in Wayne, Michigan. She preceded him in death on May 27, 2019.
Lynn and Merlyn moved to Little Lime Lake in 1995.
He was machine repairman and a carpenter for most of his life.
Lynn enjoyed ice fishing, deer hunting, liked to complain about gas prices, and enjoyed going for a car ride everyday.
Survivors include his sons, Kevin (Shawn) Barrows of Redford, Michigan and Darrel (Kari) Barrows of Hemlock, Michigan, grandsons, McClain Barrows, Connor Barrows and Sawyer Barrows, and adopted sons, Mark Clark of South Rockwood, Michigan, Tony Troutner of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Following his wishes private family services will be held at a later time.
