

He was born on October 7, 1938 in Angola, Indiana.
Bob proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of the Fremont and Middlebury American Legions.
Bob was a machinist for Phillips Industry in Elkhart, Indiana for many years. He also worked as a professional home setter for 11 years with his son.
He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle, remodeling homes, campfires, making chili and always helping to take care of his family.
Survivors include his children, Susan Miller of Elkhart, Indiana and Robert Hamilton, Jr of Howe, Indiana, grandchildren, Jeffrey Hamilton of Howe, Indiana and Alysa Hamilton of Garrett, Indiana, a great grandson, Dean Drake, God-daughter, Angie Burkhead of LaGrange, Indiana and a sister, Betty Thomas of Howe, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Mary Ellen (Kunz) Hamilton.
Following his wishes no services will be held at this time.
