
Dawn Wagner Hetrick, 92, of Fremont, formerly of Lindsey, died quietly Wednesday night, June 20, 2012. She was born April 13, 1920 in Fremont the daughter of Nicholas and Vida (Hetrick) Wagner. She was a 1938 graduate of Ross High School. She later graduated from cosmetology school in Toledo. She married Dwight Hetrick on June 15, 1945 in Springfield, OH. She and her husband were farmers in the Lindsey area for many years, being members of the Sandusky County Farm Bureau. She enjoyed showing cattle at the fairs, collecting antiques, and gathering with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Dana L (Al) Davis of Fremont, Delene (Richard) Smith of Florida; son, John (Brenda) Hetrick of Fremont; grandsons, Christopher Hahn, Troy Smith, Greg Smith, Vaughn Hetrick, Kenton Hetrick; great-granddaughter, Ashley Hahn; sister, Sara (Lester) Krelick of Fremont. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Nicholas Wagner, Hobart Wagner, Wade Wagner; sister, Mary Miller.
