Marie C. Waters, 101, of Fremont died early Friday morning at Countryside Continuing Care Center. She was born December 12, 1909 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of George and Margaret (Decker) Phillips. Marie was a former member of Sacred Heart Church. She loved sewing, reading, painting, ceramics, and lapidary. She is survived by her daughter: Marilyn (Ken) Kerik of Fremont; grandchildren, Scott (Maureen) Kerik, Sue (Dan) Klaus, Melissa (Tom) Rosenberger; great grandchildren, Mason, Maryn, Larisa, Brady, Kenny, Kendyl; and many close nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph Phillips; sisters, Helen Raum and Phyllis Phillips. There are no services. Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
