

Shirley Juel Sibold, 77, of Vickery, went home to be with her heavenly maker on Monday , May 20, 2013 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio. She was born July 21, 1935 in Dansville, NY the daughter of Homer Doud and Martha Kathryn (Reed) Kellogg. Shirley was a member of Hayes Memorial Methodist Church and frequently read her bible. She enjoyed square dancing with Buttons and Bows, was active in the Foxy Fanciers camping club and enjoyed sewing, gardening, hummingbirds, bird watching and traveling with her husband.
Surviving is her husband of 57 years, Lyle Sibold of Vickery, OH; daughters: Cathy (John) Hatcher of Quitman, MS; Helen (Mark) Kromer of Clyde, OH; Martha (Ed) Bowman of Clyde, OH; grandchildren: David Hatcher, Maria Hatcher, Christopher Aldred, Richard Good, Jeremiah Aldred, Jason Good, Timothy Good and Brian Hatcher; 22 great-grand and step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Gerald and siblings: Warren Kellogg, Dean Kellogg and Nora “Viola” Sieving.
Visitation will take place on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8P.M. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, OH with additional visitation beginning one hour prior to services at 9:30 A.M. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Hayes Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Alan Brown O.S.L. officiating. Burial will follow at McGormley Cemetery Fremont, OH.
