In 1945 Alan's family moved to Fresno where he graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1963 and Fresno State University in 1967 with a BS in accounting. His life was filled with many personal successes in real estate investing. In the early seventies he launched several real estate partnerships, which included buying properties, renovating homes, as well as renting and selling homes.
Friends, acquaintances and family, always enjoyed Alan's wit and extremely dry and sometimes twisted, sense of humor. His passion for a great real estate deal, fast cars, and women carried through until the day of his passing.
Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Berg Boyajian and Perle Bisgaard.
Alan is survived by his son, and daughter-in-law Scott and Annette Boyajian; a grandson due in November to carry on his legacy; his sister, Shirley Kafai, Valerie Fanucchi and Arlene Boyajian; his aunt, Joanne Boyajian; and many cousins; nieces; and nephews, who adored him. He has many special friends who will deeply miss his wit, loyalty, generosity, wisdom and his unique approach to life.
