I was a Fresno homeowner, living with my sons, from November, 1977, and in 2001, had become the trustor/trustee of the property. Allan Boyajian, along with Leroy Klein devised a plan to file false deeds in court, and swap my property into each others' names, along with a crooked attorney, that is yet alive. The three of them committed several crimes to take property, with the help of employees from court, outside attorneys, archives, their La Jolla business partners, out of state businesses,  several in state businesses, the  Orange county and Fresno hall of records, and several businesses from Texas, and southern/northern California. I yet do not have my property back. He dealt in shady deals, and took many risks of going to an earthly prison, in order to have pleasures and to pass his wealth on to the next generations. God witnessed it all, and records are written in the  big books of heaven, that will be opened and read in the Day of Judgment...(Daniel 12: verses 2, 3). 
In John 3:1-7...we do not go to heaven, anyhow. I hope that he did REPENT, and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, prior to his passing. If he had repented, he would have given back the properties that he stole from minorities and females. "If we cover our head, our feet will show & vice versa.

Sincerely, as one wounded and left bleeding by deceit and criminal activity... Heaven or Hell...we choose. Repent of your sins, and do not wait too late.

Dad, It's been more than a month since you past and I miss you so much. You've always been the best dad a cowboy could ever hope to have with all the times we shared traveling around and doing things like making models and racing RC cars as a kid to all the thoughtful lessons you've taught me in life.
 I always felt so lucky to have such a wonderful dad. You were my first hero and you'll always be the greatest hero of my life. I hope I can be as good of a dad for your grandson. It is going to be really hard not being able to share this life with you anymore, but I know you have moved on to a better place and I know we'll be together again someday.

A man who listened to your every word and sometimes had a comment that made you laugh which you shared with others for years.  Love to his wonderful family, Scott and to his future grand-son.  He outlived doctor's predictions giving us some time to say good-bye yet never forgotten.                        I can hear Alan's comment in Heaven upon viewing his new home:  " Wow, you say it's paid for and I don't have to fix it up? "

I was saddened to hear of Alans passing.  He was always there to answer questions I had about real estate in the 70s.  I am sorry for your loss.

Alan was the very first bidder I had at the Fresno courthouse 16 years ago. He so enjoyed the "art of the deal".  I will always remember him.

Dear Uncle Alan will be greatly missed by the Falcone Family.  Those perceptive blue eyes and the heart-warming smile will never be forgotten.  We had so much fun at the family gatherings.

I was so saddened and cried when his sister Ginger called with the sad and final news.  With love for the whole family.

Alan was sweet, Alan was funny, Alan was very special person and a very special friend. I will miss him! "Crash"

Alan - I hope you had a new hat for this journey.  I'm not sure the old, goat-chewed one will make it past the gate!

You really taught me a lot about real estate, and inspired the thirst for this insane industry - I cannot thank you enough for that.  Without you and Lee, I may never have found my way.

You will be truly missed, and loved always.

How do you capture the essence of a man as unique as Alan Boyajian??  Alan was simple yet complex; youthful yet experienced beyond his years; playful yet serious; elusive yet loyal; zany yet sane; funny yet serious; maverick yet traditional; self reliant yet caring.
 
Above all, Alan was in a league of his own.  Friends like Alan are extremely rare in today's world.  Through his courageous battle with cancer, he modeled strength in the midst of adversity and taught us the importance of humor in the toughest of circumstances.  Alan was a remarkable individual who was devoted to his family and friends.  He was unwavervingly faithful to those he loved and taught all of us how to live life to the fullest.  

Alan's legacy will continue through his family, most especially through his future grandson. Those of us who have laughed with him, told stories with him, sailed with him and simply enjoyed hanging out with him in the Duck Club will long toast his memory and will ALWAYS remember him as "THE BEST" of the BEST!!  We have no doubt that he's up in heaven, waiting to greet us with a classic one-liner like, "It's about time you got here.."

I knew Alan for more than thirty years.  Our relationship was multifaceted as he was my boss for a short time, my boyfriend for a short time, my mentor for a long time, and my friend for the whole time.

Knowing Alan has significantly influenced my life.  He was always available for advice on career choice, career decisions, buying homes, selling homes, finding a repairman, painter, etc.  And his advice was valuable.  Although Alan’s degree was in accounting, it was far too boring for him, and certainly not as lucrative as real estate.  However, when I was struggling with my career choice, he sat me down and gave me solid reasons for choosing the field of accounting.  This was a decision that I never regretted but I had a great time ”blaming” Alan for the miserable profession he led me into.  And then we would laugh.

It is because of Alan that I met his son Scott, with whom I have a very close and treasured relationship.  And now there is Annette, and soon Baby Boyajian.  I can never thank Alan enough for that.

And then there’s the Duck Club.  Alan is our first fallen member.  We have no choice but to continue on without him, but it will never be the same.  We will miss him tremendously and honor his memory always.

Alan’s approach to life was unique to say the least.  The way his mind worked was always fascinating.  Alan could take the absurd and make it seem reasonable, or take what seemed reasonable and point out the absurdity.

But it is Alan’s sense of humor that I will remember the most as he was intelligent, quick, funny, sharp, and dry.  He could deliver a line that would send you into hysteria without even cracking a smile.  He kept his sense of humor throughout his battle.

Spending time with Alan over the past few months was an honor and a privilege.  It should give us all comfort to know that he received the best care possible, and he was comfortable and loved the entire time of his illness.  He never complained and he never felt sorry for himself.  In death, as in life, he did it his way.  I will miss you my dear friend.

Alan was such a nice and sweet person....my mother and I took lunch to him and had the nicest visit in his big new house - just a few months ago.  He was so happy to see us and to show us his lovely home...and his beautiful cat Monkey...who made us all laugh that day.  What a great loss it is to loose him.  My deepest sympathy and prayers are with his family.

Even though I had not seen Alan in years when I heard of his passing I cried.  Alan was always very kind to me.  He will be missed a great deal by me.  My condolences to his family and friends.

Although we were competitors for the most part, I had tremendous respect and admiration for Alan. He had a brilliant mind and great ability to master the Real Estate world. He will be greatly missed!
