He served honorably for eight years with the United States Army and fought in the Korean War. He was an equipment operator for the Bendix Corporation for 20 years and retired from the County of Fresno after 13 years of service. He was a life long valley resident and called Madera his home for the past 9 1/2 years.
Albert's love in life was his family. He was very articulate and enjoyed hours of conversation with family and friends.
He leaves behind two sons, Steven Morales of Clovis and Jesse Robles and spouse Eva of Fresno; and two daughters, Carmen Diaz and spouse Raul of Madera, Gina Lopez and spouse Joe of Porterville; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and his sister, Connie Sanchez of Fresno.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday November 9, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by The Holy Rosary, at 7:00 p.m.
A Mass Of Christian Burial will be held at St. John's Cathedral, on Thursday, November 10, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
