

Anna was a dental assistant on an American Military Base. She learned to speak English by working at an American movie theater and baby sitting for American families.
At age 29, she came to Fresno where she met her future husband, Richard Waters. They were married in 1962. They were happily married for 34 years until Richard passed away in 1996.
She raised three children, and after they had grown, went back to work as a pharmacy clerk at Town and Country Pharmacy.
Anna loved spending time with family. She liked camping and traveling with them. She liked attending her children's sports games. Anna liked baby sitting and spend time with her grandchildren. After retirement, she had many happy times participating in activities with the Red Hats, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Silver Foxes, German Girls Club, Cabrillo Club, St. Helen's Altar Guild, and playing cards with friends every Tuesday afternoon.
Anna is survived by her loving family, her daughter, Karoline Clark and her husband Bruce; granddaughter Ruth; her daughter, Vicki Laymon and her husband Vaughn; her son Michael; granddaughter Rylie; sister, Erna Bonetto, and her two sons, David and Maurice, and their families; sister-in-law, Violet Coburn, and daughters, Linda, Trudy, and Joan, and their families.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns and Blair Funeral Home on Monday, June 27, 2016, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Helen's Catholic Church, Fresno, CA on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Fresno, CA.
