Barbara Sue Lippincott

Barbara McGuire Lippincott, 77, of Clovis, California, passed away on September 24, 2025, at Clovis Community Hospital.

Born on May 25, 1948, in Riverside, California, Barbara was the daughter of Paul Sheldon McGuire and Lois Mae McGuire. She graduated from McLane High School and Fresno City College before beginning her career with the State of California in Social Services, where she dedicated many years until her retirement in 2011.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 32 years, John Lippincott Jr.; her sisters, Linda Newman and Cheryl Richards (Bill); and her mother-in-law, June Sinclair. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Shelly Repp, Stacy Billings, Brent, and Ryan Newman, along with many great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Darel Newman.

Barbara was the family's devoted photographer, always ready to capture life's special moments. Her photos became treasured keepsakes, preserving memories that will live on for generations. She was also a passionate doll collector, a hobby that reflected her creativity, keen eye for detail, and love of beauty. This also included the San Francisco Giants Baseball team in which she was a zealous supporter.

Barbara will be remembered with deep love and gratitude for the memories she preserved and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.

Memorial will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 11:00 am at The Life Cathedral Church of God, located at 6865 N. Maple in Fresno, CA.
