He was born November 26,1922, in Sensburg, Germany. He was the son of Robert Ollech and Louise Lumma. He immigrated to the United States in 1957. He married Frieda Bambl on Christmas Eve in 1959. He worked as the foreman on the Lauck ranch in Fresno, Ca. until 1968 when he purchased a grape vineyard South West of Fresno, which he later sold to his son, Bernhard Charles in 1986. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was active in the German club for many years. He came from a large family of eight brothers and one surviving sister.
He is survived by his wife Frieda; his son, Bernhard and his wife Shirley; two step- sons, Helmut Bambl and his wife Lark and, Werner Bambl and his wife Janice; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at Easton Presbyterian Church, 5895 S. Elm, Easton, Ca. on Friday, January 4, 2013, at 2:00 p.m.
