Beverly Dorothea Simons

Beverly was a tax preparer for 43 years before she retired in 2010. She was a girl scout leader and active room mother, and enjoyed traveling, crocheting, cake decorating, and especially sewing.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Richard, and by her sister Audrey Ely of Deep River, CT, and by her brother Arthur Streit of Bethany, CT.

She is survived by her daughters, Audrey Ramos (Rudy) and Leslie Simons, and her grandson, Justin Atwell, all of Fresno, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed many years of happy companionship with her beloved shih-tzu, Zoe.

Memorial contributions may be made in Beverly's name to the Central California SPCA, 103 S. Hughes Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.

Her family would like to thank the staffs of Cedarbrook Memory Care Community and Optimal Hospice Care for many months of warm and exceptional care and companionship.

Per Beverly's wishes, no services will be held.
