She is preceded in death by her husband Carl Sr.; and daughter, Martha Pretty.
Billie is survived by her sister, Barbara Kepley; her son, Bill Custer and his wife Angie; her daughter, Susan Luna and her husband Henry; her son, Carl Jr; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Monday, July 6, 2015, at 1:30 p.m.
