He was preceded in death by his wife, Daisy Faye Poole.
Billy is survived by his son, Ronnie Poole and his wife, Karen; brothers David Poole, James Poole and Marvin Poole, Jr and sisters Peggy Bradley, Loretta Gregory, Shirley King and Louise Keaster.
A graveside service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 11:00 am.
