Carrie Sue Green

Carrie Sue Green, a longtime resident of Fresno, CA and widow of Judge Howard Chester Green, passed into the realm of our Lord on Feb. 2, 2016. She was born on Feb. 5, 1921 in Portland, OR to Carl K. Olsen and Mabel Shirley Olsen.

Carrie and Howard were active in many organizations.

Carrie was preceded in death by one granddaughter, one grandson and one great-grandson.

Carrie is survived by eight children: Jacqueline Upton, Ventura, CA, Nancy Collins, Fresno, CA, William Long, Mooresburg, TN, Sharon Long, Fresno, CA, James Long, Houston, Alaska, Floyd Long, Jr, Riverdale, CA, Jane McNiel, Grand Junction, CO, Kelly Green Swertfager, Fresno, CA; 19 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren, many

nieces and nephews and friends.

Visitation will be from 9am-12 pm on Friday, February 5th, 2016 at Tinkler Funeral Chapel and Crematory, 475 N. Broadway

in downtown Fresno, CA. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, February 5th, 2016 at Fresno Memorial Gardens at 175 S. Cornelia Avenue, Fresno, CA
