Constancia B. Protacio, age 93, of Fresno, California passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Constancia was born September 19, 1927 in Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines to Casimiro Baguinguito and Rufina Francisco.
She was a dressmaker who specialized in wedding gowns.
Constancia is survived by her daughter Leticia Protacio of Fresno, California; her son Rodolfo Protacio of Glendale, California; and her son Joey Protacio of Fresno, California; her granddaughter Kristina Protacio, her siblings Dading Biglang and Anicia Garcia, her grandson G.J. Protacio and her granddaughter Tina Marie Tecson.
Constancia was preceded in death by her husband Jose Protacio.
A visitation for Constancia will be held Friday, August 27, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
