She is survived by her husband Dale; three children, Danelle and her husband Jason, Douglas, and Derek; her father, George Kiyomoto; and brothers, Bob and wife Linda, Mike and Debbie, and Jeff and wife Megumi.

Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Friday, June 1, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

A Graveside Service will be held at Clovis Cemetery on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. and followed by a Memorial Service at the United Japanese Christian Church at 11:00 a.m.
