Donovan was known for his kind heart, loving spirit, and the way he could brighten any room with his humor and big personality.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Ann Brown, and most recently, his cousin, Andrew Webb.
Donovan is survived by his sister Destinee Soto, his brother Dominick Soto, his niece AnnaLeah Pankratz, his nephew Xavier Bonesteel, and his grandparents Louie and Joyce Brown, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.
Donovan’s joyful spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A visitation for Donovan will take place at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, located at 202 N Teilman Avenue, on December 16th, 2025, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. A funeral service will take place on December 17th, 2025, also at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, starting at 10:00am, with a committal service to follow at Belmont Memorial Park, located at 201 N Teilman Avenue, Fresno, California, 93706. All who knew and loved Donovan are welcomed to attend.
