

Dora Yoneko Morishita, who lived most of her life in Del Rey, CA passed away on May 6, 2016, at the age of 94. For the past few years, she resided at Vintage Gardens in Fresno where she enjoyed participating in the Nikkei Center activities.
She is survived by her daughters, Harriet George (Jim), Carolyn Morishita, Judy Inaba ( Harley), and Arlene Sunada (Mark); her sons, Leroy ( Barbara), Gary and Steven; grandchildren, Patrick (Rosalind), Tonia Arens (Richard), Robyn, Graig, Sean (Audrey), Kyle, Derek, Mark and Traci; and great-grandchildren Jorden, Corey, Peyton, George V, Maxwell and Trystan. She touched many lives. Her infectious personality and warm smile will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno from 1:00 pm until 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the Fresno Betsuin Family Dharma Center, 2690 E. Alluvial Avenue, Fresno, at 4:00 p.m. Burial will take place on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Parlier Mendocino Cemetery, 7932 S. Mendocino Avenue, Parlier, CA at 11:00 a.m.
