She was born on July 16, 1938 in Mexico to Jose and Luisa Gandarilla. She is survived by her husband; Concepcion Valdez, children; Ignacio G. Valdez and his wife Irene, Eva Valdez, Adam Valdez and his wife Cecilia, Ruth and Richard Borjas, Norma and Jesse Alvarez, her siblings; Frank and Carmen Gandarilla, Carmen and Hector Ruvalcaba and Petra and Jose Sandoval. Enriqueta was preceded in death by her son David Valdez.
Celebration of Life Service for Enriqueta will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at Peoples Church, 7172 N. Cedar Ave, Fresno, CA 93720. Interment Belmont Memorial Park.
