Evelyn Julia Reitz

Evelyn Julia Reitz was born on March 14, 1940, in Fresno, California and passed away peacefully at the Terraces skilled nursing facility on October 24, 2024.

She was a life-long Raisin Farmer, Homemaker and loved to serve her family. Evelyn was always on the ranch by her husband’s side or in the kitchen preparing meals for her active children.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Benjamin Eugene Reitz, parents, Joseph Jefferson Robison and Julia Pearl (née Churchill) Robison, five brothers, James, Loren, Forrest, Lloyd and Joseph Jr, one sister, Edna and her son, Marvin (Marty) Reitz, son-in-law, Edward Mark Robinson.

She is survived by her children Steven Reitz and his wife Kristie, Stephanie Reitz-Robinson, Sandra Reitz Mikaelian and her husband Michael, daughter-in -law Tiffanie, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service for Evelyn will be held Thursday, October 31, 2024, 10:00 AM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
