She was an active lifetime member of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church. She was also a member of the Athena Philopotochos and the Larcs. Faye was devoted to her church and family. She touched the lives of many people in all walks of life h her generosity and thoughtfulness. Anyone who knew Faye was the better for it.
The family would like to thank the physicians and staff at St. Agnes Medical Center for their loving care and compassion.
Faye is survived by her husband of 63 years, Leo; her two sons, Dr. Paul Michaelides and his wife Barbara and Phillip Michaelides; her grandsons Michael and Matthew; and her brother, Spiros and his wife Dorothy.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, December 26, 2011 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. followed by a Trisagion at 5:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. George Greek Orthodox Church on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
