George H. Lehman

George was born in Fresno, CA on Tuesday, July 29, 1924, son of the late Philip and Charlotte Lehman. He was a loving dad and a loving grandpa and brother.

He was a heavy equipment operator for Caltrans for 24 years as well as a full time farmer. He loved his family, fishing, telling many stories, and riding his bicycle.

George grew up in Sanger, CA and graduated from Clovis High School. He was also proud of having served in the United States Navy during World War II.

George is survived by his son, Alex Lehman and his wife Jackie; daughter, Virginia Luallen and her husband Mark; daughter, Karen Spaulding and her husband David; grandchildren, Bryan Lehman and his wife Shayla, Joshua Lehman and his wife KaLea, Justin Lehman and his wife Lindsey, Shane Lehman and his wife Naomi, Taylor Lehman and his wife Kacie, Sarah Luallen, Whitney Andrews and her husband Justin, Matthew Spaulding and his wife Heather, and Allison Vasquez and her husband Troy; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Geraldine Carsten and her husband Mike; and sister, Delores Brisendine and her husband Kenny.

A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park, Fresno, CA, on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m.
